About the Company:

Now, more than ever, tech has gone from a “nice to have” to more of a necessity for older adults to be able to connect with their families and friends, access their healthcare and stay engaged.

Candoo Tech provides nationwide remote tech support and lessons specifically designed for older adults. In addition to working directly with older adults and their families, our clients include senior living communities, health plans, hospital systems and government and social service agencies. We are making an impact in the lives of older adults as they use technology to stay safe, connected and engaged.

We are looking for a proactive and energetic partner success expert to join our growing team! This candidate will be an experienced professional with expertise in building client relationships, onboarding new partners, encouraging client engagement and utilization and ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience with Candoo Tech. The ideal candidate is one who has experience with clients supporting older adults, has been responsible for onboarding new products and services, developing marketing and communications materials and passionate about solving customer needs. We are an early stage company, so looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and wear many hats.

Partner Success Manager

The Partner Success Manager is the primary point of contact with Candoo’s enterprise customers, responsible for successful onboarding and on-going engagement, utilization and satisfaction.

The Manager will work closely with the sales and business development team to take over the relationship once a sale is closed and will work closely with the Customer Support, Tech Concierge and Group Lesson teams to make sure that the clients have a positive experience with Candoo.

The Manager will provide reporting and analytics and work with the sales and business development team to encourage renewals.

Roles and responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Engagement:

  • Serve as the point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining a focus on driving business value from onboarding through renewal.

  • Develop and improve materials and processes to onboard new customers to drive engagement.

  • Develop content for customer facing marketing & engagement communications including but not limited to newsletters, announcements, emails, and blogs including content optimized for SEO.

  • Work directly with partners to coordinate events and Candoo group lessons.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Collect, analyze and present data on end-user utilization and engagement.

  • Develop, implement and analyze surveys to ensure end-user satisfaction and to measure our impact.

Product Development & Improvement:

  • Work with Candoo’s Customer Service, Product and senior leadership team to share feedback and insights on the product experience and opportunities for improvement, including analyzing, presenting and using data to track KPIs to improve our systems, processes and operations to help the business scale.

  • Communicate product feedback for the continued evolution of our services.

Other Internal and Admin:

  • Represent and present Candoo at virtual and in person events.

  • Attend internal meetings, as required.

  • Work closely with the Candoo Sales and Product teams to set the Company up for retention and renewals and expansions of existing partnerships.

  • Act as a liaison in the sales process and assist in all aspects of the sales process as needed.

  • Work on special initiatives as assigned.

  • Continue to improve operations and efficiencies for the organization.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Healthcare or Senior Living Experience (Preferred)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • Clear and confident communicator, with ability to rapidly build trust with clients

  • Minimum 1-year prior experience in a client-facing role(Required)

  • Experience onboarding clients with new products/services preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willing & able to work remotely.

  • Must be able to travel (when safe travel is possible).
