Quick Support

 

As a Candoo Member, you have access to our Quick Support— our Tech Concierges are here to help you with quick questions for up to 30 minutes via phone and our remote software during business hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am-8 pm EST. If a Tech Concierge is not immediately available, we'll schedule support within 24 hours of your inquiry on weekdays. 

Note: If we can’t address or resolve your inquiry within 30 minutes, you can either use your 90 Minute Session or schedule an additional Quick Support Session.

 
 

What’s included:

  • Questions with programs, for example:

    • You have trouble getting on a Zoom call

    • You need help joining a telemedicine visit

    • You think been scammed or received a fake email

    • You forgot your password and need to reset it

    • You have formatting issues with documents (e.g., spell check, font, spacing, header & footer issues, etc.)

  • Questions with devices, for example:

    • You can’t close a tab or window on your computer

    • You want to consult about updating your device's operating system

    • You want to install a new app on your phone or tablet

    • You need help resolving syncing issues between devices (i.e., calendar, contacts, etc.)

    • You have a printing question (printing a specific document, page range or double-sided)

What’s not included:

  • Learning how to use a device or program, for example:

    • Use Zoom or FaceTime

    • Use a phone

    • Use a computers

    • Use a tablet

    • Smart devices

    • Stream shows and movies

    • Play games online

  • Software or hardware needs, for example:

    • You need to remove malware from your computer

    • You need to backup your computer or set up a cloud account

    • Your printer isn’t working and we need to figure out wireless printer connection and install new software

    • You need to update your operating system
