Online Tech Lesson
Do you need help setting up and learning how to use important services to help you stay safe and connected at home? Our Tech Concierges will do a one hour remote, online session with you to set up and show you how to do things like: watch movies online, order food and supplies, FaceTime, access online banking and doctors portals and more.

Thinking about buying a new computer, printer, smart phone, tablet, Alexa or fall detection device? We can help!
Setting up and learning how to use new technology can be intimidating. Our Tech Concierges will consult with you about what device to purchase and then come over to install your new device and teach you how to use them.
NOTE: During the Corona virus crisis, we will be providing remote set-up of your devices. You can ship your new devices to our Tech Concierge to set up and we will ship directly to you and help you complete setup remotely.
Online session to learn how to use the device must be purchased separately.
On-Going Support
Become a member and get unlimited phone and remote support when you need it most plus 2 FREE in-home visits.
Please note in-person service only available in New York City & Westchester and is suspended during the Covid-19 outbreak.
Unlimited Phone & Remote Support
Call us at 646-758-6606. We’ll try to troubleshoot your problem or answer a question such as How do I backup my files? or How do I get a password manager? If we can’t fix it or assist remotely, we’ll send someone to your home. Any additional charges, we tell you upfront.
In-Home Visits
Two in-home visits are included. After that, tell us the problem and you’ll know exactly how much it will cost to fix it.

A 90 Minute “Get Started” Session + one additional session up to 90 minutes
Couple’s Membership
Candoo Tech’s Couple’s Membership means no more fighting over our Tech Concierge’s time. You both get unlimited phone and remote support and a total of three in-person visits a year (may be used by one or both of you together). If you need more visits, you can always order more.
$360 per couple ($120 upgrade from single membership).
