Do you want to purchase a new tablet or laptop for you or a family member? Our specially trained Tech Concierges will consult with you on what to buy, set-up the device just for you so it’s ready when you open the box and spend an hour teaching you how to use it remotely.

What’s included:

1. Device Consultation: We’ll have up to a 30-minute conversation over the phone to determine the best device for you and what you would like loaded onto it. Our Tech Concierge will ask you about any accessibility features you will need, recommend content based on your hobbies and interests and answer any questions. This could include games, easy shortcuts to doctors’ portals, and more. Afterward, we’ll send you a follow-up email with links to recommended products. You will purchase the device directly (we don’t take any commissions) and ship the device to our Tech Concierge for customized set-up.

2. Customized Set-up: Our Tech Concierge will set up your new device just for you including our remote software, so help is just a click away, labels to show you where the on/off, volume, and other important buttons are located, software and apps just for you and any accessibility features you may need (change text size, make sure hearing aids can be paired, etc.). Our Concierges use PPE to ensure your safety while they are setting up the device.  We follow CDC guidelines, making sure all devices are sanitized before shipping. Customized How-To Guides are included in each shipment.

3. Remote Set-up and Lesson: Once you receive the device, we will use our remote software to finish setting things up and provide a one hour lesson to teach you how to use the device.

What’s not included: price of the device, shipping, data back-up and transfer from a previous device.
