Online Consumer Membership

Our Tech Concierges will teach you how to use your technology, fix what’s broken, install software, and be there to answer quick questions throughout the year.

The annual membership for consumers includes two (2) 90-minute sessions (3 for couples) plus unlimited Quick Support (30 minutes or less) for whatever you need. No question is too “dumb” or too small. Find out what’s covered in Quick Support here.

*Enterprise memberships include group lessons, onboarding materials and reporting and data analytics.

Some examples of what you can use our Online Membership for:

  • Fixing issues with your phone, computer, or tablet, or other technology

  • Onboarding materials and reporting

  • Learning something fun, like how to Zoom, stream shows and movies, and play games online

  • Discovering something that helps you, like how to order groceries and medicine online and talk to your doctor over video

  • Recovering or resetting forgotten login information

  • Getting any questions answered that you have about the internet, social media, or technology
